A Hands-On Baking Experience at Blue Spoon Atelier Bakery & Café
This March Break, we’re opening our kitchen to young bakers.
Our Pie Studio is a hands-on workshop where young bakers will learn how to make pie from scratch using simple, real ingredients organic flour, butter, egg, sea salt.
No shortcuts. No mixes. Just foundational skills and confidence.
What You Will Learn
• How to prepare pie dough from scratch
• Why cold butter matters in baking
• Rolling and shaping techniques •
Filling and crimping their own mini pies
• Basic kitchen safety and teamwork
Each attendee will make their own mini pie and take home an additional unbaked pie to share with family.
