1. Class Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your participation in a class, you must notify us at least 5 days before the class start time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the class will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled for a future class at our discretion.
  • Blue Spoon Atelier Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will have the option to either receive a full refund or reschedule for another class.

2. Product Purchases

  • No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any food products.
  • Class Cancellations: If you need to cancel your participation in a class, you must notify us at least 5 days before the class start time to be eligible for a full refund.
